A 700 sq. ft South facing open plan living and its unique upside down layout allows the most sociable spaces to enjoy panoramic sea views. There are two private gardens separated by a small footpath. The house garden has a hot tub and the 2nd garden has direct access to the coastal path and the beach

You will be only 30 minutes away from the vibrant towns of Brighton on the east side and 20 min from Chichester on the west. You will find local pubs nearby and attractions like The Goodwood estate and Fontwell racecourse, known for their festivals.

THE BARN at Brookfield Farm, Walberton

The Barn can accommodate up to 8 guests plus baby. The Barn is a large period conversion set on the edge of our family farm near Walberton. It is ideal for families or friends sharing. Sorry-- No Parties, Hen/Stag Parties. Dogs welcome @ 25 pounds each. Max 2 small/medium dogs. There is a footpath close by. Suitable for families and as a base for exploring, shopping ,walking, cycling across the Southdowns/beaches staying inside by the log fire. The Barn is for holiday let purposes only.
