Located in Hobart’s northern suburbs the apartment is spacious and filled with sunlight during the day whilst at night it is a quiet peaceful retreat from the city hubbub. The accommodation sleeps up to 6 people across two bedrooms and the living area, one bedroom with queen bed the other with a single plus a folding camp bed, and a sofa bed in the living area.

My home is a modest Californian Bungalow with easy access. My spare room is spacious yet cosy .Heater or fan supplied on request. I live in a quiet street with bus stop very close and popular French cafe nearby. Calvary Hospital, North Hobart shops and cafes within walking distance as is State Theatre, historic Runnymede, Lady Franklin Gallery and MONA is a short drive. (MONA is closed Tuesdays). Kunuyi/Mount Wellington Reserve walking tracks can be accessed from nearby Lenah Valley.

Only 10mins to MONA and 15mins to the City, Sanctuary on Springfield is situated on a main outlet to both. An outside 70's style building that houses 4 apartments, with mine a beach house feeling inside. Modern and relaxed.
