A complete remodel finished in August of 2020 preserved the heartwood pine floors from the 1800s and some of the original brick work but that is where the old part ends. Everything else is new as you can see in the pictures. including the all new HVAC system. We are perfectly situated close to downtown and just 5 blocks from the Convention Center. The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.
