Croft cottage, 334 Kinnauld, refurbished in 2021 is situated in the heart of the Highlands, a 5 minute drive from A9 and North Coast 500 route. 50 miles north of the Highland capital Inverness and a 15-minute drive to Dornoch. The perfect stop for those interested in walking, cycling or wildlife. This quiet and tranquil cottage is surrounded by magnificent scenery and wide-open spaces. In Sutherland you can enjoy fantastic beaches, distilleries, castles, golf courses, and much more.

Our quirky, cute shepherd's hut sits in a semi-wild orchard next to our house, and near to an historic mill. It is ideal for one or two people and comes equipped with a comfortable double bed, a folding table, a small kitchen area with a microwave, kettle and toaster and a tiny private bathroom, with a hot shower. Outside, the decking provides a space to relax. The BBQ provides an option for dinner. Drinking water is from a tap on the side of the hut.

The Top House is a beautifully appointed home set in an elevated rural location between Helmsdale and Brora, offering panoramic views of the coastline and out across the Moray Firth. This fully furnished property features an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, as well as a second lounge/snug. Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

A unique and beautiful Shepherd's Hut on the Black Isle. Specifically commissioned by Black Isle Brewery, the hut is in the middle of our organic brewery farm. The brewery sits on one side with organic farmland, farmhouse and vegetable patch on the other. You are 10 minutes from Inverness by car and 20 minutes from Inverness airport. Please note that the hut doesn't have wifi but we have books and games to keep you

"Bellevue" cottage has simply one of the most stunning views that you will ever see on the banks of the famous Helmsdale salmon river and of the hills beyond. The cottage is all on one level and has no internal stairs or steps. The view from the living room has to be seen to be believed.
