The home sits on 5 acres of private property with wrap-around deck & fire pit to look at those beautiful stars, 1.4 miles from the State Park gazing field. For ATV's or snow mobiles, we have ample parking area & many trails very close to the property! Wood stove heat to keep you toasty warm - we provide the wood!

Tioga County Base-Camp - "Black Bear Hollow"

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Our cabin is ideal for a quiet get-away for hunting, hiking, shooting, snowmobiling, ATV/UTV riding, fishing & star gazing. The cabin is located in an area only accessible via dirt roads. It is about 1 mile to the northern boundary of the Tioga State Park; where exploring is wide open and snowmobiling is permitted in winter. If you want a quiet escape this is the place for you! As the sun sets grab some firewood and build a roaring bonfire making memories you’ll never forget!

Our fun hidden gem is just the retreat you need! Only 7 minutes from Downtown Coudersport for all your shopping and dining needs. 20 miles from Cherry Springs Star Gazing. Our retreat is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 2 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore.
