Our place is now for longer-term guests, 30 nights or more. It's a 2nd floor 1-bedroom apartment in a renovated 1920 home. It has a private entrance and is close to downtown, restaurants, golfing, beaches, shopping, art & culture, & two airports: Tampa (TPA), 45 mins. & Sarasota (SRQ), 20 mins. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, original oak floors, high ceilings, and location. This apartment is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).

Your space is private with a tropical street entrance & access to the back yard. Non-shedding dog considered with prior approval.

The condo is upstairs and accessible by a spiral staircase ( avoid large suitcase, may be challenging for some people) A large bedroom with a queen bed, an equiped kichen ( combined microwave/ oven), a bathroom ( large shower) and a living room with high ceiling. We follow cleaning recommendations. You can arrive anytime after check in time.PARKING is in the dead end street in front of my garden
