An extension offers an additional boot room/rustic bathroom/loo and paved courtyard. The grounds are comprised of upper and lower lawns set on half an acre. A country pub is within walking distance.

Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Seven Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.

Ideal for a cosy winter break or a relaxing summer countryside escape. Comfortable bedrooms and bright airy spaces will greet you on arrival.

Faithlegg, Country Cottage

A cozy renovated 200 year old cottage. Situated down a country lane. You will need a car. Suitable for two adults and one small to medium size dog. There is a 25 euro fee for the dog whether you stay for one day or more. Beaches, walks and Waterford city are a 10/15 min drive. The cottage is annexed to the main house. It includes a bedroom, shower, kitchen and breakfast room. The breakfast room looks out onto your own private garden.

I would love to welcome you to my house which is ideally located a 3 minute drive from Waterford City. Surrounded by private mature gardens, it is an ideal place for you to unwind. The rooms are bright, modern and sparkling clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and all rooms are on the ground floor and served by 50 mgbs WiFi. Centrally heated there is also a stove and an open fireplace in the two cosy living rooms.
