Farm Stay - Working livestock farm

Come stay in our apartment connected to the barn on our active working farm. We are located 3 miles from the state capitol building in Montpelier, but you would never know it up here. You can cross country ski, snowshoe, hike, or bike out your front door, and we are located within 45 min. from Sugarbush, Stowe, Mad River Glen, & Bolton Valley. You can also check out the local beer & spirits scene, or just relax at the farm. Guests are always welcome to tour the grounds and see the animals.

We are located in the hills of central VT, close to hiking, skiing and swimming. Disconnect to reconnect! Our homestead is based on permaculture landscape design. Unwind in the traditional Finnish Sauna, relax by the living pool, or kick back in an Adirondack chair looking out at the hills of VT. We have an ideal environment for digital detox. This charming, cozy 2 bedroom cabin w small kitchen and living area is situated on a beautiful pond in a truly idealistic setting. Come unwind and unplug!! Propane fridge, lighting and stove and also an outdoor grill. No electric. No running water but water is provided and available. There is an OUTHOUSE. Hiking, mountain biking, relax....experience VT. Nestled in the mountains with a beautiful pond right outside your door. We reside on the property yet a fair distance from the cabin.

In a secluded, hand-crafted off the grid cabin, come and enjoy the elements with us at Drift Farmstead. A 3-minute walk leads you through gardens and pasture, to Ravenwood, a small, intimate cabin with everything you need. Be it an extended weekend tucked in seclusion, amongst the birds, river and trees, or find the comforts of a 37 acre small farm nestled in the mountains and settle in, working from afar. Top shelf skiing at Sugarbush is near, along with Vermont's finest grub and beer.

Fairytale cabin at The Wild Farm

Lay in bed and look out the huge picture window at the farm. You might see cats climbing trees, hummingbirds, snowflakes falling, lightning storms and many more beautiful moments. We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. If you like nature, animals, walking in the forest, cuddling up by the wood stove, then this is the place for you. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous perennial gardens. We look forward to hosting you!

Modern not so tiny house

Our backyard tiny home is walking distance to historic downtown Montpelier. Located on a quiet street, its many windows highlight all the efficiencies of tiny house living, including a fully equipped kitchen, radiant floor heat and the option of woodstove coziness. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower and modern concrete sink. Two small bedrooms share a featured rotating wall and sliding barn door. The design plan is clean lines, minimalist decor and efficient energy use.

Gorgeous Treehouse! Big views, Cozy warm fireplace

Lilla Rustica is an elevated cabin among the trees. Private, with Stunning views this was built by "The Tree House Guys" a local Vermont company whom can be found having a season on the DIY network. Tons of detail, while keeping the design natural and simple. Unbelievable views of Camels hump State park. A loft with one queen bed and downstairs has a queen bed with three sides of the bed having windows facing the views. Hiking offered right from the cabin. An awesome getaway!

Home on Flower Farm near VT’s best skiing & brews!

Country setting adjacent to a flower farm only 3 minutes off 89 perfectly nestled between mountains that boast hiking, skiing and mountain biking and the best of Vermont's brewery and restaurant scene. 20 minutes to Sugarbush and Mad River Glen, 30 minutes to Stowe and 25 minutes to Bolton Valley (night skiing!). With Waitsfield and Waterbury being less than 10 minutes away, it's an easy drive to two of the finest breweries, Lawsons and Prohibition Pig, that Vermont has to offer.
