Sunny’s Place

Sunny’s Place is located in Lisarow, on the beautiful Central Coast. The guesthouse is a small studio with an ensuite that is equipped with most things you'll need for a new nights away. It is close to our family home but is a separate building with separate access. There isn't a lot to do in Lisarow but it's 5 mins from shops and M1 and 30 minutes from most places on the Central Coast, including Terrigal, The Entrance and Glenworth Valley, so a good base for your weekend away.

The Copa Cabana

*IMPORTANT: The property next door is doing an extension, due to finish by May 2026. Please be mindful of associated noise when considering your booking. A discount has already been applied to the next few months to compensate for any inconvenience. The Copa Cabana is a free standing residence, situated on the ocean side of the block behind another freestanding house. Small dogs are welcome but please notify us BEFORE booking. AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.
