Homely, private 1-bedroom studio 3 km's from town

Come and enjoy all that Kerikeri and the Bay of Islands can offer from our centrally located base. Our spacious 1-bedroom studio offers a lounge with kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, toaster and tea & coffee making facilities (no cooktop or oven). We are more than happy to cater any meals on (timely) request. The studio is separated from the main home, and is adjoined with the garage. It has a spacious bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a sunny, private deck out front.

The Back Paddock

Our beautiful self contained farmstay cottage has just been renovated giving extra space and a more private bedroom. The cottage is close to the house but very private, set on 43 acres with lovely rural views. We are just 8 kms from the quaint historical township of Kerikeri, and only 1 km from the Kerikeri airport. We are very central to all tourist attractions. It is an ideal destination, for peace and quiet after a busy day sightseeing, exploring or simply visiting the area.

Country Cottage

The Cottage has been completely refurbished in 2016, retaining some of its charming features with up-dated modern facilities, and is fully self contained. Sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people. Set amidst a half hectare of park like surroundings, orchards and fields. Located 2 km north of Waipapa. Ideally situated for access to restaurants, galleries, country markets, beaches, walkways, historic places, crafts, water sports, native forests, theatres and the Bay of Islands.

Waikotare

Waikotare is situated a short 10 minute drive from the airport and central Kerikeri. Relax in peaceful surroundings, with a waterfall, river and abundant bird life. Waikotare is an ideal 'Home' base to visit the Bay of Islands and beyond - or corporate traveller. Your suite is one end of a long country house, with separate easy access, covered parking and private deck (bbq available) with lovely view. A continental breakfast is included with your stay.

Conifer Cottage - a quiet slice of paradise

Conifer Cottage, 8 km from Kerikeri village is a very spacious and comfortable self catering retreat that features a kitchenette, separate bathroom and laundry, large bedroom/lounge and a veranda including a bbq for enjoying outdoor meals. The Cowshed Cottage

Nestled in the grounds of a 9 acre property half-way along a country cul-de-sac the cottage is contained within a converted mid-century milking shed made cosy, comfy and self-contained, characterised by quirky charm and surrounded by gardens and birdsong. Welcome to Millers Lane Studio - a new, open plan modern studio with bathroom, kitchenette and deck area. This is the perfect base for your Kerikeri getaway. Located down a quiet Lane, tucked away but within walking distance of the Stone Store and walking tracks. Less than a five minute drive to Kerikeri Village.
