The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Here you can walk to the Waikanae Estuary Scientific Reserve, Kāpiti beaches or join the Kāpiti Coastal Cycle Route and Te Araroa Walking Trail. You have access to all that the coast offers with beautiful beaches at Waikanae and Paraparaumu a short drive away.

It is a short walk to great local cafes/restaurants, a bakery & two well stocked dairies. Continental breakfast provisions provided for all guests. Linen, towels and beach towels provided. Our cleaner sorts the house after the stay.
