Villa Niki is a newly built, 240m2 spacious stone villa with a salt water pool and hot tub overlooking the 120+ year old olive orchard. It faces west so you can enjoy sunsets and a fantastic view of the sea sitting in over 200m2 of outside sitting space with a yard over 800m2. Villa Niki is part of the Linardici Olive Gardens property that features 2 other spectacular villas (villa Lynn and villa Tessa) so multiple family stay can be planned easily. Capacity of the 3 villas is 24 persons.

The house offers two covered parking spaces. It is ideal for families who want a peaceful vacation.

Opustite se u ovom jedinstvenom smještaju ispod starih gradskih zidina koji je istovremeno na osami okružen prirodom i samo par minuta šetnje udaljen od gradskog centra i prekrasne plaže. Ova jedinstvena kuća za odmor nalazi se otprilike 150 metara od plaže i centra grada. Okružena je prirodom te ćete imati potreban mir za vaš odmor. Kuća se nalazi u udolini te su zbog toga noći ugodnije temperature. Također vam nudimo mogućnost besplatnog korištenja SUP-a i kajaka.

Kuća nudi vrlo romantično, toplo i ugodnu atmosferu Ovaj smještaj idealan je ako želite provesti odmor u prirodnom i opuštajućem okruženju. Uživajte u prekrasnom bazenu te prostranoj unutrašnjosti smještaja. Kuća je udaljena 1,2 km od mora, i restorana Ivinčić.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
