Private bay residence smješten je u prekrasnom zaljevu, malo udaljen od ostalih mjesta te gosti mogu uživati u prirodi, miru i tišini, kristalno čistom moru i prekrasnom pogledu. Bungalov ima dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonicu, kuhinju, te vanjsku kuhinju s kaminom, vanjsku blagovaonicu i vanjski tuš. Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

The house is seafront and the sea is only 10 metres (32ft) away from the apartments. The only thing separating the house from the sea is a small road and rocks that are good for swimming. However, if you do prefer pebble beaches there is one that is 5 minute walk away from the house.

Our little cottage is situated in an olive grove in Ivan Dolac. It is a cosy little studio apartment for two people who look for little peace and quiet. The beach is 200 metres away and bars, restaurants and market are 500 metres from our little house.
