It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Charming studio apartment in a small quite village Bunica just 200 m from the sea, there is a little way under the main street to the beaches. Town Senj is 4 km away. Apartment is in a private house with courtyard and a parking place. It has flat TV, Wi-Fi,aircondition,heating,well equipped tea kitchen,all the necessery for cooking,bathroom with a little tub,basic toiletties set,towels,hair dryer,linen,private entrance and terace. All that is left for you is to relax and rest your soul and body.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
