Sie erwartet eine einzigartige Ferienwohnung in absoluter Alleinlage im Bayerischen Wald. Besonders viel Freude werden Sie als Hundebesitzer bei uns haben. Auf unserer fast 1500qm großen eingezäunten Hundewiese kann sich Ihr Fellfreund austoben. Auf dem großen Holzbalkon haben Sie freien Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang und auf die Hundewiese. Im Wohnbereich ist ein Kamin, eine Küche und in der großen Badewanne können Sie abends entspannen. Von Mitte/Ende November bis April nur mit Allrad erreichbar!

Tato oblast je výborná pro cyklistiku, pro rodinu s dětmi. Apartmány jsou moderně vybaveny, je možné využívat venkovní zahradu s grilem a venkovní kuchyní. Welcome to the Ore Mountains, first of all an important note: in winter (in snow and ice) the house is only accessible with vehicles with four-wheel drive. The house is located at the edge of the village, about 150 metres above the main road at the end of a steep dirt road, where there is no traffic and you have absolute peace and quiet. The large natural meadow is also available for guests. The flat has a separate entrance and two separately accessible bedrooms. Details in description below.

Deine Wohnung blickt in den kleinen, gepflegten Hinterhof des Hauses und du hast alle Annehmlichkeiten der Stadt vor der Tür. 30m zum Bäcker, 70m zum öffentlichen Parkplatz, 100m zur Donau und 200m zum Ludwigsplatz mit Restaurants, Cafés und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung selber ist komplett neu saniert und renoviert, mit tollen, hochwertigen Möbel, mit denen wir Dir ein schönen Aufenthalt bieten möchten.

Die Unterkunft liegt idyllisch ruhig in einem Tal mit viel Wald in Saldenburg im Bayerischen Wald, nur 25 km entfernt von Passau. Die Ferienwohnung ist 70qm groß und bietet Platz für bis zu 5 Personen. Sie umfasst ein SZ mit 3 Schlafplätzen, ein WZ mit Schlafcouch für 2 Personen, ein Bad, 2 Balkone und eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Für unsere Kleinen bieten wir einen Streichelzoo, Ponyreiten und einen Spielplatz. Gäste mit Hunden sind willkommen.

Entspanne Dich in einer ruhigen und freundlichen Umgebung. Im ehemaligen Gasthaus Eichinger befindet sich die gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Ein großer Garten läd zum Verweilen ein. Der Bach daneben verlockt zum Erkunden. Im kleinen Ort Kirchbach gibt es zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte, wobei eines eine wirklich ursprüngliche Greißlerei ist. Weiters gibt es ein Gasthaus, ein Grafikmuseum, einen Teich, eine Kirche, ein Brettermuseum und einen Skilift.

In the bedroom there is a big bed and in the living room coach is transformed into the bed as well. The apartment is sunny and light, with heigh ceiling and nice view to the city center.
