Nested on the Southern hillside overlooking the valley, you’ll rise to a colored sky while you drink your morning coffee in the pergola with a mountain view and take a stroll on one of the nearby trails in peace and quiet. Then take a less than 5 minute drive to one of the MANY neighborly boutiques and cafés in the old town of Yucca Valley. The Cabin at Painted Canyon Homestead This serene cabin is situated at the mouth of a canyon overlooking Morongo Valley, where the high desert meets the San Gorgonio & San Jacinto Mountains. As the guest house on our property of 5 acres, the cabin is privately located bordering vast public lands. Wander the property, hike the canyon trail, visit our four cheeky mini donkeys, & enjoy the wood-fired hot tub (or use it with fresh cold water!). Perfectly suited for two w/ lots of space to explore!

We provide a wide variety of pool toys to help you relax by the pool in this private retreat. Grab your book, lay on a chaise lounge chair and enjoy the peaceful patio. Please note the pool is not heated, and we do not have a hot tub.
