Our south cottage is tucked right into the heart of Springdale with amazing views of Zion Nat'l Park! A perfect place for 2-3 guests - a nice, open layout houses a California King size bed & single sofa sleeper, full bathroom & kitchenette. A great spot for unwinding after a day of adventure! Take in all the spectacular views from the courtyard right outside your back door or the rooftop deck just above your space. Bonus - you'll be within walking distance to just about everything in Springdale!

Linden Cottage is a renovated historic home built in the early 1900’s. Located in a quiet neighborhood one block from historic downtown. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, and more, all within walking distance! Outdoor attractions include, Kolob canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. We do not accept any animals due to the historic nature of this home and ask that you please respect this. For service animals, please refer to the rules section.

The Stone Cottage

This cottage style home has a stone exterior with a wrap around porch and is surrounded by trees and bushes. At 1000 sq/ft, it is cosy and comfortable. It has two bedrooms, a loft, and a bathroom. The master is located on the ground floor with a king bed. An upstairs bedroom holds a queen and a semi private loft holds two twin beds. A queen fold away is in the living room couch. The kitchen cupboards are well stocked with cookware, coffee maker, slow cooker, waffle maker. Washer and dryer.

The Historic Rose Cottage at Zion National Park

The Historic Rose Cottage is a charming retreat located on the main street near the town center in Springdale and offers scenic views of Zion National Park. It is within walking distance of local restaurants, galleries, and shops. The property is also conveniently located steps away from the free park shuttle for easy access to the park. Have a fantastic get-away in beautiful Hatch, Utah! You will find so many things to do such as... hiking, biking, riding your atv, taking the boat out, fishing plus so much more! It's centered between Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. In the winter months we are about an hour and twenty minutes away from Brian Head. Hatch is a great location to travel year round, and our cottage can accommodate you through all of the seasons!

We are located only 20 mins scenic drive to Bryce Canyon NP, 10 min drive to Kodachrome Basin State Park and right at the door step to Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, 1.5 hrs drive to Capitol Reef NP, 1.5 hrs to Zion NP as well as many other great surrounding places to visit!
