You'll find that this home is conveniently located just seconds from Greek Peak Mountain Resort, 10-minutes away from downtown Cortland, and 25-minutes from downtown Ithaca. Enjoy amazing views of the surrounding hills and two-acres of yard from the 360 sq. ft. back porch which runs the length of the home. The year-round hot tub, beautiful outdoor porch, and large firepit are all ready and waiting for you!

B&B 44 is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom home located in Arcadia Village down the street from Greek Peak Mountain Resort and Hope Lake Lodge. Located within walking distance from skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fishing and canoeing, and within two hours of driving to nearby Ithaca, Rochester and Syracuse, you can visit any time of year for a relaxing or action-packed getaway. This home originally belonged to our grandparents, who ran a bed and breakfast for 40 years.

We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. Whether you are an outdoor adventurer or prefer to relax and get cozy, The Pine Tree Getaway is the perfect place for you. This property is just over 1,100 square feet, was built in 1980 and has been renovated with a more modern feel while still keeping the charm of a mountainous retreat.
