A circa mezz'ora d'auto l'isola di S. Antioco e l'imbarco per Carloforte. Ottima posizione per percorsi di turismo minerario.

La casa ha una cucina super accessoriata con lavastoviglie, una piccola sala da pranzo, un bagno con doccia e lavatrice, 2 camere da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali, un balcone con tavolino per poter cenare o pranzare all'aperto con una vista mare mozzafiato + barbecue a portata di mano. La sala da pranzo ed una camera da letto sono climatizzate. La spiaggia di Masua e Portu Cauli distano ca. 5min.
