This is a tiny cottage in a sleepy little hollow that opens onto the Georgian Bay. Inside, each stone was carefully chosen and the woodwork was built, piece by piece, by two craftsmen who are highly skilled and passionate about repurposing. It's an art that will leave you in awe; especially if you're worried about climate crisis. The coat hangers are upcycled 100-year-old railway spikes! If you're looking for luxury you will be disappointed but if you're a minimalist you're going to love it.

Spectacular 4,200 square foot open concept custom luxury four season lakefront cottage in beautiful Gravenhurst Ontario. Great room boasts 26' high cathedral ceilings with gourmet kitchen and wood burning fireplace. The cottage boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms upstairs. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the main floor. Attached 2 bedroom bunkie is fully heated. Rental includes use of all non motorized water toys during the summer months including kayaks, paddle boards, canoe, and row boat.

The cottage has a nice private setting as part of a parcel of land which is almost 20 acres along the Muskoka River, close to 3 waterfalls and on the Trans Canada Trail. You’ll love our place because of the access to many trails for hiking, yet only a few minutes to downtown Bracebridge and central to most Muskoka Attractions. To really enjoy the river location you need to love walking and exploring. The cottage is offered in its pre-renovation state as the pictures indicate.
