Nell'anno 2015 è stata ristrutturata con la massima cura e attenzione e nel rispetto dell'architettura locale, donandole toni delicati e preziosi dettagli. Si tratta di una casa di montagna, indipendente, con giardino esclusivo da cui si gode di splendida vista sulla vallata, dotata di tutti i comfort per un piacevole soggiorno.

Un piccolo rifugio immerso nella natura dell’Ossola, dove il canto degli uccellini accompagna il tuo risveglio e la quiete della montagna ti accoglie ogni giorno. Il monolocale, ospitale e curato nei dettagli, dispone di Wi-Fi gratuito, angolo cottura completamente attrezzato (frigorifero pentolame stoviglie bollitore macchina del caffè cialde per caffè e tisane), divano letto matrimoniale, antibagno e bagno con doccia, bidet e un terrazzino arredato dove rilassarsi o fare colazione al sole.

La casa è stata ricostruita nel 2012 rispettando i canoni paesaggistici del luogo . Si trova in una piccola e tranquilla frazione abitata della valle Antigorio a 825 m di altitudine. La casa è accessibile direttamente dalla strada. A 20 metri dalla casa si trova anche la nostra abitazione in cui offriamo anche alloggio in stanze con bagno privato e trattamento di pernottamento con prima colazione. Eventualmente si può usufruire della colazione nella struttura a pagamento.

Cà Lüina, a historic, spacious rustico, is located in the heart of Boschetto, a listed hamlet above Cevio in the Maggia Valley. The 300-year-old house underwent extensive restoration between 2021 and 2024 with the aim of preserving its character. As the upstairs IS NOT HEATED from October through April we put two single beds in the large living room to accommodate a total of four guests.
