Cottage 304 is a cozy, new construction, 2 bedroom house where you’ll feel right at home during your stay. No need to trailer your ATVs! We’re located just 1 mile from the Bearwallow trail of the Hatfield McCoy trails. Enjoy evenings grilling your favorite meal on our park-style grill or relaxing by the fire pit. We're minutes from dining, shopping, and entertainment. We offer plenty of private, secure parking, quality mattresses, and new furnishings that will make your stay truly the best!

Mama Bear's Den - perfect location for the trails!

Mama Bears Den is the Perfect Location to Visit the Hatfield and McCoy Trails offering access to not only one but two different trail systems (Devil Anse & Rockhouse) within a mile of the property! Devil Anse connects with a Third trial system (Buffalo) offering days of trials with no need to trailer to other locations! Relax on the porch or by the fire pits while cooking on the grills by a scenic creek! While here visit the gravesite or museum of Devil Anse, just a short walking distance away.

The Red Dog Chalet Couples Retreat w/ Hot Tub

Trailer access pull-thru private parking area with a beautiful lighted walking bridge that leads you to the chalet. A beautiful getaway with a spiral staircase leading you to the 2nd story covered porch with a wraparound walking deck. Large firepit area with dried fire wood. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located cabin located within 1 mile of trailhead for those interested in Hatfield McCoy trail rides. Plenty of parking out front. Sleeps 2 people comfortably, could put more if needed. Unit has full kitchen, dining area, full bedroom, bathroom, patio, fire pit, washer and dryer inside as well as on site washer and dryer (wash cloths and towels not provided). Grocery store is within 1 mile. Plenty of local restaurants to choose from.

About 5 minutes away from Gilbert area, where trail heads start. Quiet area & cozy. With access to in ground pool. The pool is open from June 1st to September 1st. Only about 5 minutes from R D Bailey dam with picnic/play areas and visitor center with a nice view of the dam and lake. Great for boating and fishing. Close to trail 12, Mexican restaurant, grocery stores, Dollar stores, Giovanni’s, & more! Lots of hiking areas and other local parks and recreation areas.

KING BED Cozy Cabin on the Hatfield McCoy trails

We have a 2 bed room cabin available for rent located right next to the Hatfield McCoy ATV trail system, along with being located in Gilbert, WV which is the HUB of all good trail riding available! We are only 1 mile to the Rock House trail head. We are just a 5 minute ride to the new trail system Braveheart. You have your own private hot tub, sun room, and private outdoor getaway to relax at night. There is a futon available in the sun room as well.

Just a couple of miles from Chief Logan State Park .

If you are looking for a place in Bluefield, VA that is within a few mins from everything, this is the place for you. You can also relax out back with a serene view of the water. This one bedroom private home has a king size bed in the bedroom , a queen sofa bed and a twin sleeper.
