Down a wooded path is the composting toilet and on demand hot water shower (shared with one other campsite). Just minutes from Morrisville and Stowe, this is a perfect spot for a weekend away, bikepacking stay or a place to relax after hitting the local breweries. Less than 10 minute ride from the rail trail.

This is more like glamping, but we won't tell. Although my house sits between the camper and the lake, in 50 feet down the driveway is a lakeside patio. Kayaks await your next adventure or bring your own boat. This is the perfect place for a BBQ, your favorite beverage, or any lake side treat. Come stay, you won't be disappointed.

Enjoy a converted camper as your private getaway in Southern VT. Less than 10 min to downtown Brattleboro, yet nestled in the woods for a quiet retreat. Full galley kitchen and living/lounge area. Wood stove for primary heating (electric backup for not so cold days). Outdoor spaces include a fire pit, deck, pool table, hot outdoor shower, outhouse (composting toilet), and forest for galavanting. The place is a perfect fit for two adults (queen bed) and one kid (63" long fold down couch).

We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. If you like nature, animals, walking in the forest, cuddling up by the wood stove, then this is the place for you. The cabin is surrounded by gorgeous perennial gardens. We are off grid. So the camper is run off a generator with battery back up. It does have water and septic hooked up. Everything works as it should (water heater, a/c, refrigerator ect). We are close to burke mnt. And we are on a class 4 (unmaintained) road (atv friendly). You will be responsible for gas to use the generator. We do live onsite and can explain everything if you're not familiar with campers/generators. 1 queen bed, two small pull out sofas (kid size)
