Nestled in the NW valley in the city of Phoenix, amongst the bustle of a sprawling metropolis there is a two-acre farm. It is a place of serenity, where time has no meaning, & nature flourishes. This is Arrandale Farms, a unique urban farm. The cottage is our original bnb on our farm since 2016. This year (2025) we have done extensive renovations to incorporate all of the great feedback we have received from guests over the years. We are excited to offer this unique experience. This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Nestled on two sides by Desert preserve with hiking and equine trails . It’s a few miles from N Phx fine dining and shopping. Our 1.3 acre mini urban ranch makes you feel far from the city with beautiful views . We have farm critters to meet with your host. Fresh eggs provided . Owner on site, but you will have small home to yourself. The toilet is an odorless compost type toilet but does not require guests to clean or handle waste.

Red Rock Retreat

Red Rock Retreat is located on 3.8 acres in the beautiful red rocks of Sedona. Surrounded by national forest and wild life, it is a place to rest, reflect and renew. There are 55 steps, without hand rails, taking you up to the casita. There are hiking trails leading out to the wilderness area right from your back door. PLEASE MESSAGE ME FOR DISCOUNT ON LONGER STAYS If it snows, it is difficult to access the property. Other accommodations may need to be made if it should snow.

Bitter Creek Vintage Camper

Our 1956 Cardinal is a vintage glamping dream come true! Cozy and comfortable with a cushy bed (halfway between a single & a double), twinkle lights, and plenty of soft pillows and blankets, it's a playhouse for grownups! The camper sits in its own corner of our property, next to the vegetable garden. Our property is a hilltop acre of shade trees and fruit trees, with a koi pond and small spring-fed creek. You'll enjoy beautiful views, overlooking the nearby mountains. .

Romantic Chalet near East Verde River

You won't be roughing it when you stay at our charming rock covered chalet located on two acres with fabulous views. Enjoy the new custom kitchen with quartz counter tops and new soft close cabinetry. There is a jetted tub in the bathroom and a hot tub on the deck to recover from scenic hikes in the area.. There is a short trail to the river for swimming, fishing, hiking and picnicking. Whether it be for fun, adventure or romance...you can find it here.
