Prestigious Historical Apartment in the Heart of Turin

Sit at the piano next to a fireplace in a majestic hall with high ceilings with exposed beams, historic floors and doors, many touches of color and contemporary design. In 100sqm there are also a small kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a walk-in closet. Just out of the building you are in Piazza San Carlo, the most important square in the city. The windows of the master bedroom overlook the Egyptian museum. The courtyard of the building is shared with the most prestigious brands shops such as Prada and Chanel. You can't find such a prestigious location better placed to explore Torino. Maria Vittoria Due was our lovely house for several years. High original wooden celing of the XVIII century, the fine furniture and materials makes it unique. Hope you'll love that place as I and my husband did. Our guests will have access to the all apartment. There are two double rooms each one with its own bathroom and a sofa-bed for two in the living room, a walk-in closet, a small kitchen and a big living room. There is a washing-machine, a dishes-machine and the stuff to hang and iron your clothes. We'll provide you fresh bed-sheets and 3 different size bath towels for each guest. The kitchen is well equipped for every needing. If you have babies just ask us and we'll let you the necessary for his sleeping, eating and changing. We'll do our best to help guests in case of any necessity. The house is in the heart of the city, across from the Egyptian Museum and next to Piazza San Carlo. Easily walk to the Royal Palace, Renaissance Museum, Natural Science Museum, and Vittorio Emanuele Square. Many kinds of restaurants are nearby. Just at ten minutes walk far away from the main train and metro station (Porta Nuova). Next to the main entrance there is a bus stop to travel around the city center. A couple minutes walking there's a bus stop to go around the all city and outside. In San Carlo Square, right next to the house, there's a big car parking.

L'appartamento è in posizione strategica per godere a pieno della città. Nel quartiere di San Salvario, a pochi metri dal parco del Valentino, potrai raggiungere a piedi il centro in 10 minuti, la stazione di Porta Nuova e troverai tutto ciò di cui avrai bisogno: bar, ristoranti e la metropolitana. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort ed ha mantenuto la sua struttura originale con i mattoni a vista che lo rendono accogliente, unico e molto tranquillo poiché si trova in un interno cortile

La mia Reggia

Siamo a pochi passi dalla Reggia di Venaria. L'appartamento è così composto: living con TV, divano letto matrimoniale, cucina, servizi e camera da letto con cabina armadio. È ricco di ogni comfort: 2 TV, rete Wi Fi veloce, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, riscaldamento a pavimento ed aria condizionata. Essendo in pieno centro, siamo in zona ZTL. Perfetto per un soggiorno culturale, una visita nel Parco della Mandria o all’ Allianz Stadium. È previsto il pagamento in loco per la tassa di soggiorno.

Ciao siamo Gabriella e Giuliano e, a REALmente due passi dalla Reggia in pieno centro storico nella zona pedonale, ti presentiamo il nostro elegante appartamento in stabile del '700 al secondo piano senza ascensore. L'alloggio è stato appena totalmente ristrutturato. Composto da living con cucina e divano letto, 2 camere da letto matrimoniali, bagno con maxi doccia walk-in, sistema di aria condizionata con due unità gestibili singolarmente. Wi-Fi di ultimissima generazione. Vi aspettiamo!

Self-check-in from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.: if you plan to arrive after 9 p.m., or if you have an unexpected delay, it is mandatory to notify us before 9 p.m.

L'appartamento è situato al piano terra di un palazzo recentemente ristrutturato con una splendida corte interna, facilmente raggiungibile dalle principali stazioni ferroviarie tramite bus e taxi. Nel quartiere è presente ogni tipo di servizio, dal supermercato (di fronte al loft) a numerosi ristoranti e locali. Inoltre, è possibile raggiungere comodamente a piedi il Museo del Cinema, all'interno della Mole Antonelliana.
