Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία στο Βαθύ προσφέροντας εκπληκτική θέα στο λιμάνι. Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας και χαλαρώστε στις μεγάλες πλακόστρωτες αυλές, κάτω από αιωνόβιες ελιές. Η οικογένειά σας θα είναι κοντά σε ό,τι χρειαστεί σε αυτόν τον χώρο που βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Άνετο σπιτι για μία οικογένεια , με δύο υπνοδωμάτια , με μπαλκονάκια στο μπροστινό μερος και με χώρο στην πίση αυλή , 15 μέτρα απο την θάλασσα και 100 μέτρα απο το κέντρο της πρωτεύουσας του νησιού .Στα 15 μέτρα απόσταση έχει ιδιωτικό χώρο με πλυντήρια για ρούχα.

Ένας ενιαίος, ισόγειος, ευρύχωρος χώρος 45 περίπου τμ, με έντονα στοιχεία πέτρας και ξύλου και με διακόσμηση από την παλιά Ιθάκη. Διαθέτει μία περιφραγμένη αυλή χωρίς θέα. Βρίσκεται ακριβώς στο κέντρο του Βαθέως και σε απόσταση περίπου 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια υπάρχουν όλα όσα χρειάζεται ο επισκέπτης κατά την διαμονή του.
