Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.

Also, enjoy a cozy 4 season porch with wood burning fireplace along with an 8 person all season Jacuzzi and large private patio.
