Si affaccia su uno splendido panorama caratterizzato dalle storiche ville lariane, tra cui il Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. Offre un magnifico terrazzino prendisole, ideale per romantici aperitivi al tramonto. La casa si trova al centro dell' antico borgo medievale di Rivoira, accanto al forno a legna della comunità e vicino all'antico torchio per la spremitura dell'uva. L'abitato si trova ad un'altezza di circa 500 metri all'imbocco della Valle Vigezzo, e l'edificio si affaccia sulla splendida vallata dell'Ossola, di fronte al Moncucco e a Domobianca.
