Studiokaksio jakautuu kahdeksi huoneeksi makuuhuoneen liukuovella. Mukavan sopiva asunto sopii kahdelle henkilölle, mutta kolmas henkilö mahtuu nukkumaan olohuoneen sohvalle, joka avautuu sängyksi.

Terassitalot on suunnitellut arkkitehti Touko Neronen ja ne valmistuivat vuosien 1969-1971 aikana. Arkkitehtuurimuseo esitteli talot näyttelyssä nimeltä Betoniunelmia.
