Spacious 3 BR 2 bath. The primary bedroom has a king bed. The other 2 rooms have queen beds. The extra bonus room has 2 cots, full sofa sleeper and a Queen platform bed. The home is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need. NO PETS and NO SMOKING inside the home, especially Marijuana. There will be a $100 -$200 fee if this rule is broken. PARTIES & EVENTS are not allowed until further notice. Airbnb has a global ban of no more than 16 people allowed on the property. Outside cameras in use.

We are located uptown, only 4 minutes from Winchester Bay! The neighborhood is very quiet and comfy. There is a fully stocked kitchen with lots of gadgets, a Keurig coffee pot with a random assortment of kcups, and gas BBQ, and a bar for good conversation. In the Livingroom we have Spectrum cable TV and high speed WiFi. There are 2 bedrooms with one king and one queen bed both upstairs. There is plenty of room for an air mattress in the Livingroom, which is in the closet downstairs!

Ripple Rock Lodge- Gateway to Crater Lake

The Ripple Rock Lodge offers amazing views of The Rogue River Gorge and Lost Creek Lake. The lodge has a large patio with ambient lighting, and both gas and charcoal grills! It is located on a 10 acres parcel of woodlands to explore with access to the Rogue River and numerous hiking trails. (Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date due to significant engineering issues). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.

Please read below for details about the occupancy. We are nestled in the country between Roseburg and Glide. This updated studio is private, clean, restored, and sits atop a 50's cabin. This is a shared guest property, and the parking and entrances are completely separate! Open the windows, listen to the creek, or sit on the porch and look at the trees. We are on the way to the North Umpqua river, many hiking trails, waterfalls, and Crater Lake!
