There is a separate open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area. The lounge has a sleeper couch for the kids.

A quaint studio apartment, located in a quiet neighborhood, situated behind our family home. The apartment is ideally suited for 1 person but does have a Queen size bed if you are a couple. Secure off street parking is provided with a private entrance to the apartment. Less then 1 km to upmarket restaurants, 5km to the Pavilion Shopping Centre and only 12km to the beach and city. This is a private 1 bed studio self-catering flatlet with a UPS for loadshedding/electricity outages, there is also the availability of a second private bedroom if needed (Additional costs apply). There is an inter leading door which is locked when only 2 guests stay, and opened when 3 or 4 guests stay. The bathroom and kitchenette are shared spaces.
