Our Skyview Cabin at Hillside Haven is a 1 room, 1 bath Cabin lifted 12ft in the air. Offering a unique experience of cozy and comfortable, with Treehouse heights. The cabin boasts a fully functional kitchenette, and indoor gas fireplace, and a queen size bed. Outdoors at ground level you'll find a private canvas enclosed patio with a gas fireplace, and a charcoal grill. Close to The Fingerlakes National Forest, Seneca and Cayuga Wine Trails, and some of New Yorks most beautiful Waterfalls!

The Guest Suite at Walnut Grove Farmhouse

This wing of my renovated and restored 1880’s farmhouse has private front and back entrances leading to the main hallway/parlor. Living room with TV, puzzles, games, cards, magazines, and more. The adjoining kitchen and dining area offers many amenities such as fridge, stove, microwave, coffee service. Under stairs is a half bath. Up the grand staircase are two large queen rooms with full bathrooms en suite, as well as an additional queen bedroom w/out bath. Tasteful, comfortable, thoughtful.

Relax in the circular comfort of the yurt nestled on the edge of woods & farm. 1/4 mile off the main road, enjoy quiet & convenient access to wineries, food, lakes & waterfalls. Outside, enjoy the gardens, sip local wine on the deck as the sun sets, stargaze, nap in the hammock, or cozy up by the warmth of an evening bonfire, or the friendly farm dog.

A magical treehouse perched over its own gorge on Cayuga Lake. This place is special! There’s a giant porch wrapped around a 300-year oak tree and a lakeside tea house that can serve as an extra bedroom. There’s a dock, fire pit, room for yard games by the water, plenty of outdoor seating on the porch, by the lake, or on the dock. All of this is minutes from downtown Ithaca, Cornell, and Taughannock Falls state park. It’s also a great base to explore the Finger Lakes wine region.

Have the best of both worlds in this private, fully renovated one bedroom carriage house, with fully stocked kitchen. Located on a low traffic, quiet road for your perfect weekend getaway to Ithaca. Close to restaurants and shopping. Within walking distance to Cayuga Hospital. Five minute drive to the Commons and ten minute drive the Cornell University or Ithaca College. You do have to walk about 50 ft through my grass so if it rains, you might want to bring some old shoes.

Dog friendly, sorry no cats or other pets. **Driveway is on a hill, winter capable vehicle is highly recommended.
