Appartment THE VIEW is located in the heart of Kali. This old stone house in a row was built in year 1900. and combines the old and modern times. It has the soul of Mediterranean as it once was. The first thing that occupies you when you enter the appartment is the magnificent view! This appartment has everything you need for an island vacation, a grill barbecue on the balcony, it's located only 20 meters from market and caffe bar, and 150 meters from beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea.

Albis Park Apartment is situated in a peaceful residential area of Zadar. It is conveniently located 150 meters far from a nearbly beach called Marex while the old town of Zadar is reachable in a 10 minutes walk. The brand new 5 star hotel Hyatt is opposite the beach. Our Apartment offers a spacious living/dining room, fully equipped kitchen & a cute pantry next to it, a comfortable bedroom and a modern bathroom. Beautifully covered terrace with a wooden terrace offers a peaceful rest.

Holiday Home Jardin (private pool and jacuzzi)

Our holiday home is located in Ždrelac, on the island of Pašman. You can come to us from Zadar Gaženica ferry port with ferry (25min), from Zadar old town with boat (20min) and from Biograd on the sea with ferry (20min). On our property, there are two houses (Jardin and Romarin) that share parking, garden with pool, jacuzzi and sauna during summer. Out of the season (1.10-1.6) you'll be alone and you'll have the whole place for yourself. From our plot you can reach the beach directly.

My Dalmatia - Holiday home Relax

This charming holiday home is located in the quiet village of Rastane Donje, surrounded by nature and only 3 km away from the nearest beach. Spacious outdoor area provides a large fenced garden filled with olive groves, your private swimming pool with a hydro massage function and a children's area with a trampoline. Within the estate you will also find a garden bathroom equipped with a washing machine, toilet and a shower. Also, 2 private parking spaces are secured for the guests.

This new villa is located near a sandy beach in a quiet location. The villa consists of three bedrooms, living room with kitchen, dining room, three bathrooms and guest toilet. A sun terrace with barbecue, sauna, fitness room, private parking and WiFi are available to our guests. All bedrooms have a bathroom and air conditioning. The pool is heated. Near our accommodation there are restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the most famous tourist resort with entertainment facilities.

Small old stone house near the sea

Small stone summer house with private entrance, 10m from the sea, no need for air condition. There are two levels, the bedroom is on the upper floor. Downstairs is a kitchen and a bathroom, and a small front yard with the dining table where the guests usually have their meals. Within walking range (500m) from the village center where one can find everything one could need when on vacation (supermarket, restaurants and cafe bars, doctor, sand beach, cultural events, etc...)

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
