My place is right on the Strand facing ocean with the most beautiful views that include dolphins, the beach and large cargo ships. Tybee Island offers family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You can walk to the local market, restaurants and downtown Tybee Island. You can see the pier from the deck and of course the ocean. You’ll love my place because of the location, the updated interior, roominess and the privacy. It is one half of a 2 duplex property. High speed wifi and 3 flatscreens

The condo has wifi and TV's in the living room and bedroom. Full kitchen with all you will need for a beach getaway. The coffee pot is dual with carafe and k-cup. Two beach chairs are provided for you to use during your stay. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching the ships and dolphins from your private balcony!

Island Retreat: Quiet and convenient.

This beautiful studio is in a private house on one of Savannah's barrier Islands. It is 12-15 minutes drive to Downtown ( Use Uber to take advantage of downtown Savannah's open container laws) and 10 minutes to the beach at Tybee Island. The room has a small private bath with shower with rain head, a full closet, coffee maker and fridge, vanity table. Mark, co-host, is a retired local guide who can provide information if needed. Charged at end of stay. YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE ENTIRE STAY, UNLESS YOU LET ME KNOW THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT FOR THE POOL/SPA FOR THE DAY. YOU MUST LET ME KNOW IN ADVANCE AND AT LEAST BY 7 AM OF THE DAY, THAT YOU DO NOT WANT THE HEAT TURNED ON. Per city code maximum number occupancy is 4 adults.
