Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Quattro camere con letti matrimoniali, tutte con grandi vetrate, balcone e vista mare. Ampio soggiorno e sala da pranzo con vista sul giardino e la baia. Cucina spaziosa completamente attrezzata. Tocchi contemporanei di design si alternano a pezzi di modernariato. Il giardino è un osservatorio privilegiato della vivacità della baia con varie zone relax.

"Il Pollaio", è una tradizionale casa di campagna in pietra, che offre pace, tranquillità e comfort in un ambiente tipicamente toscano, dotata di aria condizionata, comode camere da letto e zone giorno ben attrezzate. All'esterno una piscina privata immersa nel verde ed una deliziosa casetta in legno per i più piccoli. In posizione strategica, ma appartata e privata. Ampio parcheggio. La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

E' possibile fare lunghe passeggiate nella natura o raggiungere località balneari o città d'arte.

Our private villa is located in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma just a few kilometres from the quiet village of Gavorrano. ‘La Quercia’ consists of a large garden with private veranda and Jacuzzi, two bedrooms, living area with fireplace and kitchen, two private and fully equipped bathrooms and a breathtaking view of the beautiful Maremma. Parking is private and free on site. Pets are allowed at an extra charge.
