Set amongst 7000sqm of wonderful private grounds and lawned gardens, this charming villa boasts fantastic views overlooking Kastri Beach, found just a 500 metres walk away, along with the views extending across to across to Kassandra in the distance.

Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games.
