Spacious Apt in Best Area with StunningTerrace

The apt is literally downtown, set in a lovely street with lots restaurants and cafes in the historic heart of Palermo, just around the corner of Teatro Massimo. Although it's right in the middle of all the restaurants and night life you can't really hear any noise once inside of the apt. The place is spacious, stylish with full equipped kitchen, heating, air conditioned and an amazing view of St' Ignazio Church from the terrace. The apt is on the 4 floor in an ancient building without elevator.

È situato all'ultimo piano di un edificio liberty dei primi anni 20 del Novecento dotato di moderno ascensore È composto da un'ampia camera da letto, una cucina attrezzata, un bagno con doccia, una zona pranzo e di un ampio terrazzo ad uso esclusivo degli ospiti di questo appartamento che gode di una vista a 360gradi sul centro storico di Palermo
