A Beautiful house in the small historic town of Great Torrington, local shops, swimming pool, Museum and arts centre all on the doorstep. The town is nestled on a hill with 360 degree views of the countryside. A great base to explore North Devon’s beaches, rugged Moors and breath-taking countryside. The market town is in my opinion a gem, full of friendly people. The house is a wonderful place to gather with family and friends, don't take my word for it read all the 5 star reviews!

Luxury Large Modern Beach House with Sea Views

Longleigh is the ideal beach house perfectly situated in Croyde and just a 5 minute walk from the beach and the village centre. With sea views over the dunes, the house is surrounded by fields. Longleigh has 6 large en-suite bedrooms, a large open plan kitchen, spacious sitting room, a penthouse lounge with a further double bed, a ‘wet’ room/utility room, spacious patio, enclosed garden and a large roof deck which wraps around the whole house.

Detached cottage on the edge of Dartmoor. Located down a bumpy farm lane, adjacent to a private equestrian smallholding. Dogs welcome. Located on the beach front, The Boathouse is a charming cottage housing four guests in picturesque Lee Bay, and boasting a magnificent sea view. Being next to the Southwest Coastal Path, and in close proximity to the famous Woolacombe Beach, it's a perfect destination for all. There are up to three private parking spaces on the premises, and one or two well behaved dogs are welcomed.

Westward Ho! and Instow beaches are also only 30 minutes away. 365 acres of commons is just around the corner. Well behaved dogs are also welcome but not to be left unattended in the property.
