Great access to all transport hubs, town, pubs and less than a mile through a park are beaches & coastline walks. **The sofa bed is in keeping with the retro theme of the flat. With that in mind, it is not a modern full size sofa bed. It's probably more suited to young kids and a single adult and ideally not someone that is 6ft** No TV.

We are offering a lovely, spacious and airy room with wonderful views across Torquay. It has a TV, hair dryer and beverage tray. Guests have sole use of the bathroom with walk in shower. Robes are provided. It's within easy walking distance of the town, shops, restaurants, theatre and beaches. There is safe off road parking available.
