One bedroom apartment within our home on a gorge in the Belle Sherman neighborhood of Ithaca. There are 2 queen beds: 1 in the bedroom, a pullout queen sofa in the living room & optional air mattress, sleeps up to four adults. You will have your own apartment within our home, and access to our hot tub and patio overlooking the gorge.

The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st fl. & queen & twin rooms on 2nd fl. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. We are located at the southern end of Cayuga Lake, near Trumansburg, Newfield, and at the beginning of the Finger Lakes Wine Trail. We are close to local state parks, waterfalls, hiking trails, entertainment, and shopping areas.
