This room has two single beds and a Japanese style bedroom with two mattresses or futon as they are called in Japanese. There is no key to open the room door. Instead you will be sent a personal identification number which you can then use at a control panel on your room door to enter the room. This will be sent by email along with a map after we have confirmed your booking. Check-in time is after 15:00 and check-out time is 11:00. We can also provide a crib if you have young child traveling with you. However since we only have one, please let us know in advance if you want to lend it so we can let you know if it is available or not. If you arrive before 15:00 you can contact our staff and they can store your luggage. When your room is ready for check-in, we will bring your luggage to your room. When you enter your room, there will be a house manual placed in your room. This house manual has our rules written down and a guide to help you use the amenities in your room. Please understand that hair dyeing is prohibited in the room (including the bathroom).

The inn is a 10-minute walk from Hachijo Exit of Kyoto Station, the gateway to Kyoto. (6 minutes by taxi / about 500 yen). It is an 8-minute walk to a large shopping mall, and there are restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Very convenient. Also convenient access to tourist attractions.The inn is a two-story house with WIFI and coin-operated parking lot nearby. For groups consisting entirely of adults, we recommend up to 4 people for the most comfort, but we can accommodate 5 people.

The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

This is one of our 11 apartment-type accommodations. It is about a 15-minute walk from Kyoto Station and a 4-minute walk from Kintetsu Toji Station. The city bus stop called Kujo Omiya is also a very short walk away. The Railway Museum and Kyoto Aquarium are also nearby. They opened in April 2016 at Umekouji Park, which is only about a 7-minute walk. From the balcony, you can enjoy the view of the World Heritage Site, Toji Temple’s Five-Story Pagoda (“Goju no to”).
