Apartman se nalazi na prvom katu kuće pored mora, u ribarskom mjestu Tkonu, na otoku Pašmanu. S kopnom je povezan trajektnim linijama koje vam omogućuju posjet obližnjim nacionalnim parkovima. Tkon ima tržnicu, trgovine, market Tommy, kafiće, restorane, igrališta za djecu, liječnika i ljekarnu. Do kuće se ne može doći autom već pješice(10 min hodanja od parkinga u kampu Kosirina).Ljetovanje podrazumjeva samoću, miris prirode, predivan pogled, nema gužve, buke ni prometa. Probudite se ujutro uz šum mora i uz cvrkut ptica.
