Some amenities, such as BBQ, patio furniture and beach may not be available during cooler and/or winter months. Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property.

It is close to restaurants, fast food, grocery stores and other stores and close to a very popular walking trail. The fire pit and backyard patio are buried under snow in the winter months. The listing says not suitable for infants and children because there’s stairs but children are welcome.

Renovated 2 bedroom (1 queen +1 bunk bed) walk out basement apartment with private entrance at Nellie Lake. We live upstairs in the main house. Enjoy all the amenities of lakeside living.
