Located on a pedestrian street, exactly in the city center, this apartment combines the fact that it is very close to the most interesting places but it is also very quiet. A few steps away you've got everything you need: cafés, bakeries, good restaurants, museums, opera and more. You will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

This studio apartment has a total surface of 100 m2, half of them being the big terrace which host the very intimate private jacuzzi. This is the perfect couple spot, because the line of walnuts which is near the terrace offers the exact amount of natural privacy needed to fully enjoy the jacuzzi.
