A small and comfy house with one bedroom, 2 beds and 1 sofa bed, located at a calm neighborhood. The area has security 24/7 with a community gate, and it is close to the beach--a must stay place. The house comes with internet wifi and ethernet connection (ethernet cable not included), and cable tv. Parking is only for one car, with guest parking nearby. There is 2 pools, 1 is next to a restaurant and the beach. Communication will be all done in English and Spanish.

Our home comfortably sleeps 4-6 people, and is equipped with a shower, microwave, fast Wifi, and a 32" smart TV. Driveway for parking on site for 2 cars.
