The Island Boat House is on a private 2 acre island in the 1000 Islands near Fisher's Landing, NY. You may bring or rent a boat, or we can provide rides in our boat for arrival and departure. This rustic & charming two br living space has a double & queen bed in the main room with a double bed in a separate room. An historic boathouse over the water, guests enjoy a private deck, with shower, dock & grill downstairs. Enjoy the majesty of the St. Lawrence River - fishing, swimming and sunsets!!

This is off a very private and quiet dead end road tucked on the inside of Swan Bay. Property includes kayaks , peddle boat, canoe, firepit (wood provided), corn-hole game, etc. Cabin has electricity, fan/heater, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee (Keurig), dishes, bedding/towels provided and propane BBQ.
