The condo reflects some of the Spanish colonial styles with modern touches. With the pluses of local art, near central location, easy access to shops, markets, restaurants, UofA and downtown, and bus lines right in the middle of Tucson, tucked away behind lush desert flora grounds feeling so private and quiet.

This stylish + cozy casita, built in 1939, is located in RINCON HEIGHTS, right in the heart of town and a short 2 block walk to the University of Arizona. Appointed with original art and heirloom antiques from family travels, you can enjoy the recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, all tastefully done in a vintage style. This fresh yet hip bungalow will ensure an easy, comfortable stay. We typically do not allow pets, however we can possibly make exceptions depending on the situation.
