Our place is a 1924 adobe house in the Feldman neighborhood. Its close to the University of Arizona, downtown Tucson, 4th Ave, museums, live music, gem show venues, parks, mostly within 10-15 minute walk. We are in a bicycle friendly part of Tucson, only 1 block from a city bus stop and 3 blocks from the trolley. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. We can accommodate 1-12 guests depending on preferred sleeping arrangements.

The Sawtelle House

The Sawtelle House, built in 1906 and located on the bustling corner of University Blvd and 4th Ave, is now available for private, overnight stays and sleeps up to six. The Master bedroom includes a King Sized bed, the second bedroom has a Queen. The Study has a couch which converts into a Queen Bed. The Dining Room seats up to eight. The front porch is perfect for relaxing while watching life on the Avenue. Check in begins at 3:00 pm (no later than 10 pm) and check out is 10:00 am. Welcome!
