A very small train comes through an average of 2 times a day, 1 being in the middle of the night. Usually no train on Saturdays or Sundays. Bright, bold and cheerful colors were introduced into homes at that time to help keep people inspired during the dust bowl of the Great Depression. The 1930’s was the decade that fell directly in between WWI and WWII and Poppy Flowers were, and still are, a symbol of hope and remembrance for fallen soldiers. Office offers a day bed.
