Because of the location and its altitude, there is no need for AC as the temperature is lower all day long, compared to the rest of the island.

Please note that the mezzanine has a low ceiling, so persons taller than 1.40 meters tall won't be able to stand. There are chairs available for you to sit along the quiet alley, where the only traffic is pedestrians and the occasional moped.
